Our Design Services

- Our designers are available for in-store consultation Monday through Friday 10-6pm and Saturday 10-5pm.  We have a beautiful showroom full of unique and timeless furniture and accessories that we would love to share with you.

- If you need assistance in your home or office, a consultation fee of $75 is charged for the first one-hour visit.  The designer will evaluate your space and will work with you on a plan to accomplish your desired outcome.  If you purchase a minimum of $500.00 in our store, $50 from your initial consultation will be applied back to your purchase.  If more designer time is needed in the home, the same hourly pricing structure is applicable. However, if you purchase a minimum of $2,500.00 in our store, the entire designer fee will be waived.  Designer time should not exceed five hours.

Following the initial consultation, our designers will evaluate your home and individual needs and present a master plan.  The master plan may include selection of furniture and accessories, custom bedding and draperies and other ideas to make the room complete.

- New construction and major remodeling projects are under separate contract and are bid according to the amount of designer services required.  The bid may include research time for flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, and other needed elements.

Noble House offers staging services for homes, offices or apartments where the owner is looking to sell or rent. 

We will provide furniture, accessories and design services to create a warm and inviting environment, all targeted to help you sell your property much more quickly.  Included in the staging agreement are opportunities for you to apply some of our fees to your purchase of the items should you choose.
